"Château Grand Français Special Vintage is Oak barrels aged "

Château Grand Français only produces red wine. produit uniquement du vin rouge. Harvested and selected by hand, the grapes are carefully brought to the cellar, and pressed. Fermentation, without any yeast, happens after a 15 days cuvaison period.
Grape varieties are vinified separately. The French oak barrels for the special vintage are carefully selected to exploit all the aromatic potential.
Bottling is entirely done at the Château.

Thus vinification is realized in compliance with organic and traditional farming methods. Château Grand Français has won many awards and medals, among them are:

- 1996: Selected by the "confédération des caves particulières"
